Pit Stop Pork Chops

As the namesake of our blog, pit stops are crucial to a successful race. Although their importance can’t be overstated, they’re most effective when they’re simple and swift, easing the burden on both driver and crew. This time on Lance’s Pit Stop, we’re going back to the basics with Pit Stop Pork Chops. Simple, speedy and satisfying, this recipe will most certainly have your grilling guests revving their engines. Ingredients

2 pounds of pork chops

Jack Stack Barbecue Rub

Marinade

Soy sauce
Minced Garlic
Brown Sugar
Tabasco

Preparation:

1.     Mix the marinade ingredients in a large bowl.

2.     Place the pork chops in the bowl or a large Ziploc bag.

3.     Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.

Cooking:

1.     Set the grill to 400 F.

2.     Place the ribs on the grill and cook to an internal temperature of 165 F (about 15 minutes), flipping halfway through.
